This Post Graduation Course is of two years tenure. The Curriculum of this course comprises of Vocal Music / Veena recital as main subject and Violin, Mruthangam, Bharatnatyam as ancillaries.
M.Phil. [Music]: This Post Graduation Course is of one year tenure.
Eligibility Conditions for joining Music Graduation Courses:
[a] For those who wish to join B.A. [Music], the requirement will be a pass in 10+2 Class examination. A strong desire in learning music is desirable;
[b] To do M.A. [Music], a candidate should have passed either B.A. [Music] or B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. pass alongwith Diploma in Music is required; and
[c] To join M.Phil. Course, a candidate has to have M.A. [Music] pass as his / her qualification.
